Steel City Raceway - Delmont, Pa. - September 1

Steel City Raceway is the second of two rounds held in the state of Pennsylvania.

The renowned facility has hosted a Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship event since 1989. It has taken place on Labor Day Weekend since 1993.

Steel City Raceway is one of the most picturesque tracks on the circuit, and features one of the most technically challenging layouts of the 12 national events.

About a 30-minute drive from Pittsburgh, the track shares its name with the iconic nickname of the second-largest city in the state of Pennsylvania.

In recent years, Steel City has produced some wild outcomes in the 450 Class, including the first career win for Tommy Hahn in 2009, a surprise victory for Kevin Windham in 2010, and last year's captivating battle between Ryan Villopoto and Ryan Dungey that was highlighted by a last-turn pass by the eventual champion in the first moto.

In both the 450 and 250 Classes, there has not been a repeat winner at Steel City since 2006, with each division enjoying six different winners over the past six years.

Since 2009, either Kawasaki or Honda has claimed the overall win in either class.

Steel City is just one of two tracks in the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship that newly-crowned 450 Class Champion Ryan Dungey has not won at in the premier division. Dungey did prevail in Delmont during the 2008 season in the 250 Class.

Dungey is enjoying an eight-round overall winning streak, winning 14 of the last 16 motos. He has swept the motos in six of those eight wins.

Dungey's championship is the first of any kind for KTM since Grant Langston won the 250 Class title (then known as 125cc) back during the 2003 season.

Unadilla marked the first time KTM has captured the overall win for both the 450 and 250 Classes.

Dungey has won 28 of the 68 motos he's entered in his 450 Class career (55%), claiming the overall in 22 of 34 races (64%). He already sits in a tie for third on the all-time wins list, alongside Rick Johnson.

Comparatively, through his first 34 career 450 Class races, Ricky Carmichael captured 26 overall victories.

Carmichael also earned 1,525 career points through the first 34 races of his 450 Class career, while Dungey has amassed 1,537 over that same span.

Dungey is the only rider in the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship to finish on the podium in every moto. His worst result was third in the first moto of the season.

Dungey is the 10th multi-time 450 Class champion in history and one of just 10 riders to win both a 250 Class and 450 Class title. He ends a six-year streak that produced six different champions in the 450 Class.

Mike Alessi has finished on the overall podium in seven of 10 rounds and currently sits second on the championship as a privateer. He also has one moto win.

Blake Baggett has the most wins in the 250 Class with four. However, he sits fourth in laps led. Justin Barcia has led the most laps, with two overall wins.

Marvin Musquin's win for KTM ended a streak of dominance by Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki and GEICO Honda, who had won every overall victory since Washougal during the 2009 season. It was the first 250 Class win for KTM since Hangtown in 2006 with Mike Alessi.

Eli Tomac leads all competitors in passing an average of 5.2 riders a moto.
