Graves Motorsports Yamaha's Ben Bostrom tightened his early-season stranglehold on the Pro Honda Oils Supersport class with another impressive victory on Sunday afternoon at Infineon Raceway.
The win was Bostrom's third in four tries in his return to the Supersport class this season aboard his YZF R6.
It took Bostrom just one lap and an additional corner to take control at the front, and once he did he steadily worked up a gap despite the dogged pursuit of rival Jake Zemke on the Erion Honda CBR600RR.
By the conclusion of the 17-lap affair, Bostrom had assembled a convincing 3.479-second margin of victory over the hard-riding Zemke.

Team M4 EMGO Suzuki's Blake Young just held off Zemke's teammate, Josh Hayes, for fourth, after the Mississippian charged all the way from the bottom of the top ten to finish fifth after the circuit he doubled at last season.
Bostrom's teammate, Josh Herrin, made a last-gasp maneuver in Turn 11 on the final lap to edge second Team M4 EMGO Suzuki rider Cory West for sixth.
Michael Beck finished eighth one weekend after scoring a point in World Superbike action, as Rockwall Honda's Aaron Gobert and Attack Kawasaki's Chaz Davies completed the top ten.
