I can’t believe we’re talking about Anaheim 1. It’s already here and already gone, but wow the expectations we had -- everything exceeded that. A stacked group of talent in both classes as far as the West Coast Lites and the Supercross class.

I didn’t really know what to think coming in, not knowing who was going to be riding the West Coast class, but I was very excited to see Josh Hansen get a win. He’s worked really hard and I think he’s trying to turn his life around -- it’s a new and improved Josh Hansen -- so it was neat to see that go down.

It looks like there’s going to be some great battles that will happen this season, but obviously Pro Circuit Kawasaki is dominating. I look forward to seeing what else they have in store.

As far as the Supercross class goes, I think it’s a pretty impressive return for Ryan Villopoto. To come back and pick up right where he left off before his injury. I thought he was going to be a little hesitant out of the gate, wanting to keep it on two wheels so he makes it through the season. But it looks like you can throw that out the window because he’s going to give it everything he’s got. He left Anaheim with a victory. What more could you ask of him?

James Stewart was unbelievable. He put on a dominating performance coming from the back. I would never want to be in that guy’s way.

And it was also a very impressive ride for Ryan Dungey, especially after what he had gone through earlier in the day. He rung his bell in practice, he got back up and he made a hard charge in the main event. I think he was impressed with the outcome of the evening after everything that took place.

It’s all incredible and I can’t wait to do it all again in Phoenix!
