Despite coming into the season under the radar, Davi Millsaps' remarkable consistency has made him the rider to beat.

6. Justin Barcia (Last Week: 7 / +1)
'Bam Bam' needed a strong performance after back-to-back DNFs, and he showed the tenacity that makes him a high-profile rookie in a loaded field of former champions and multiple race winners.
7. Andrew Short (Last Week: 6 / -1)
Shorty’s foray into running his own team has worked out well for him thus far. He hasn’t lost a step and is still a consistent top-10 performer. If he keeps it up, you have to think someone will pick him up and give him a ride through the remainder of the season.
8. James Stewart (Last Week: 9 / +1)
Anaheim was a big step in the right direction for Stewart. To say that 2013 has been tough on the former champ would be an understatement, but he finally got a chance to run at the front of the field and made the most of it, posting his best finish of the season. Even with his injury, Stewart is truly giving it his all.
9. Justin Brayton (Last Week: 10 / +1)
Brayton led a 1-2 JGR finish in his heat race and even battled back after being involved in the opening lap incident. He’s slowly making his way up the championship standings and these power rankings.
10. Jake Weimer (Last Week: 8 / -2)
Weimer hasn’t had a great couple weeks. Pneumonia left him on the sidelines for Oakland and he suffered some possible injuries after hitting the ground hard this past weekend. Weimer’s status for this weekend’s race in San Diego remains unclear.
