Reigning champ Eli Tomac dominated the 250SX opener on Saturday night:
















The shape of the 250SX Class race was determined in the opening stages due to a first-corner pile-up:

















For the second straight year Martin Davalos claimed a heat race victory at A1 as reigning Western Regional 250SX Class champ Eli Tomac had to work hard to finish sixth after getting a poor start.
















Red Bull KTM's Ken Roczen walked away with the first heat race victory of the 2013 season. Meanwhile, Jessy Nelson held off Troy Lee Designs Lucas Oil Honda teammate Cole Seely for second:
