I think most of us replying on here are in agreement, Less Nascar coverage, Less redneck reality, and more Racing overall. I wouldn't mind the shows on, but seriously get new material! I know that speedvision was bought by newscorp, and what not, but still why can't they show RACING. I remember watching the F1 races on SpeedVision, and then after watching an old F1 race at the same track from the 80s or 70s. Or watching old Indy races or WRC, Karting, or anything, thats awesome, but not anymore, we are deluged with crap like pinks and unique whips and pimp my ride.

I agree, I don't even watch network tv anymore because it is all reality. I'm a huge F1 fan and would love it if they got even half the coverage NASCAR does. It is tough to see live racing from around the world, but that is why they should show it in the evening, not at noon. If i can't watch a race at 1am, then it is probably because I'm in bed so that I can get up and go to my job during the day.
I understand that some people actually do like the reality shows, but they don't have to air re-run after re-run when they could show a race.
As far as the economics of it, Speed Vision was a racing channel, then FOX bought it, now it is slowly going down the drain. If they didn't want to pay the money to air the races, then they shouldn't have bought the channel. They could've started a brand new channel to put all this crap on.

GO SPEEDVISION!!! HEY SPEED.....GIVE US SOME RACING INSTEAD OF UNIQUE CRAP.

Put pinks and wrecked and all that other garbage on in the middle of the night if you have to keep it on the schedule. Put oh, I don't know..... maybe some racing on during the time that most people want to watch. More racing and less reality junk would work for most people on here.

Does anybody from Speed even read this stuff? It would be nice to know that the people who run this channel know how its viewers feel.

Being a F1 fan in this part of the world you really need a DVR. I could just watch it on TSN but.....habit i guess.

This channel is owned by the same people that own Cluster Fox. They play to baser of human instincts, stereotypes and fears. That is why there is a overload of crap and NASCAR, and little racing.

Everyone seems to have the same opinion about Speed... it seems to equal suck! Now, its not going to change anytime soon. I just get so frustrated with the notion that I do not know how to think for myself, that everything has to be explained away. How does Speed channel think it can get away with calling it self Speed, when its primetime line up isn't really anything to do with speed, except for PINKS and that show is so very horrible, its not worth watching. They hardly even show any racing during the week, and if they do its only nascar rehashing or reairing the previous race. What does a towing service have to do with SPEED? or some police force busting car theives have to do with SPEED, heck what does freakin Pimp my ride have to do with speed. they wonder why racing in America suffers, because its not shown on tv like it used to. even if it was only on ABC's wide world of sports.
