Switzerland came home 2nd with Filipe Alburquerque taking team Portugal to a very close 3rd behind Jani.

Here's hoping our Adam can now get the break we've all known he's deserved for many years, & finally hits the 'big time'. He's already apparantly been approached by a couple of F1 teams, plus there's several new teams on the F1 route plus talk of Ireland entering an F1 team in the future. Fingers crossed it comes to fruitian

Carroll is a talented driver and Team Ireland a deserving champion after a very slow start to the season.

I am not sure if Carroll will be given a shot in F1 given the exponential glut of talent lining up from F2, GP2, A1GP, etc... but he deserves an opportunity.
