The Australian V8's are supposed to race 4 150km races in case A1GP doesn't make it, which looks more and more likely now.

Looks like the A1GP race is scrapped.

Can the SuperLeague use the A1GP cars?
they're built for NA engines, heck, let Indycar use them

It does seem a shame to let those nice chassis go to waste, especially considering IndyCar has been using the same tub since Maurice Clarett helped Ohio State win the national championship. Can the SuperLeague use the A1GP cars?

What is so weird is that going into Season 4 the series had momentum, with Ferrari, etc and now it looks like a collapsing deck of cards.

Looks can be deceiving. I'm guessing the people who were running A1GP made a bunch of promises, but once it was time to pay the bills and debts, they stayed silent until it was time to pay up.

you know, while looking into the A1GP cars I saw that the old Lola chassis that Ferrari's cars replaced last season are to be used as the new car in Euro Formula 3000
as for using old chassis for Indycar, there's always the old Lola and new Swift chassis for Formula Nippon, which use the same spec engines as Indycar
but getting back to A1GP, it will be interesting to see what news (if any) crops up with the impending legal action from Gold Coast
