Yes, interesting, until you begin working out exactly how it would be accomplished.......... but then, so is the transporter from 'Star Trek'. Both wonderful concepts; one is a dream, the other can be done, but so far, not in a manner that makes any sense.

Tires need to be 220F approx. as a target range.
Exhaust gases are 1000-1200 F... 5 times over the target area, it would melt the tire...
