I can’t even describe how I feel, said De Phillippi, This is by far the biggest race I’ve won. I can’t thank everyone involved in the Team USA Scholarship enough.

Well done to Connor, and a great show by Brett as well. It is truly exciting to see so much American talent up and coming.

Note to Robin Miller; these guys are the future of American Open Wheel Racing and they are really good. Think of this as the Knoxville Nationals on pavement that turns left and right. Thanks guys, you make us proud. You have taken on the Euros, ON THEIR TURF, and found success. We believe in you! Thanks so much for all the hard work.

Some great young talent out there, for sure, but in the snakes and ladders game of American OWR, where do these young guys go next? Atlantics don't connect to anything else, and Lights/IRL aren't intense enough to vault you into F1. Stay in Europe boys!
