There can be no more fitting end to a season then this one. Red Bullgave us a fantastic show. They showed us that next season they may be the force to be reckonded with, And Jenson capped off his season with a world champions performance. BRAVO TO ALL.

That track was beautiful as are most of the stops on the F1 schedule.

Frankly, the track is a bit boring. I hope that by next year they will have been able to do some proper landscaping (some trees?) alongside the grandstands and in areas where it doesn't interfere with sight-lines for spectators and television. It would also be nice if they could add in some elevation changes (like a dip and then an increase in elevation down at the end of the long straight where it would put more strain on engines). I think the television coverage was fantastic. Camera placement and the ability to tracks cars coming into a turn, through the apex, and accelerating away provided some real excitement for the viewer. Ariel shots were excellent. It just goes to show what can be done to build a hotel/racing complex when money is no object, e.g., air conditioned garage spaces even when the door is open.

Since anything but date palms, are very rare in this part of the world, I can not see the addition of trees to this circuit as being very appropriate. I would much rather see them introduce some elevation changes. After all money seems to be no object.
