Time to take off the plates and let them race - rules still apply. Aren't the cars suppose to be fast!!

Considering the stands were about a third empty today, they could easily move the fans up a few levels in the danger zones and let'm race.

there is a very simple solution, take the 850 cfm carb. off and put a 500 cfm on the engines. Slow the cars down where Nascar wants them and give the drivers back throttle.

Or maybe just a 2 barrel carb? I dont mean one of the oversized ones either but, a true 2 barrel. I am just not sure if that would cure anything tho.

I meant to say 2 barrel carb. Yes it would, I was in Daytona years ago, when that happened to us, they changed our carbs. to slow us down buy still gave us power to drive, it was a good show. There weren't 42 cars running bumper to bumper 4 wide, but still 20 cars in front pack and the second pack wasn't far behind. The main issue here is give the driver throttle resonse.
