So we get to see more Start and Park cars at the track this week? What a show they will put on, trying to see who can be the first to get to the garage.

Why does NASCAR even let the Start and Park guys try to get in the race? They are just the "Also Rans".

The whole Start And Park thing comes from Nascar being able to say that they have a full field of 43 cars at every race. I read somewhere that it has to do with the tv deal. As for the S&P;guys sticking it to Nascar, the purses are paid by the fans attending the tracks and sponsor money. So in effect they are not sticking to Nascar as much as they are sticking it to the fans that go to the races. That is why a lot of the fans are upset with this practice as they pay to see racing, not valets parking cars for a living.

What is wrong w/teams good enough to qualify at this level, but simply do not have money to run the entire race being allowed to keep themselves available to hopefully get sponsorship money by showing what they are capable of? Quit bietching about it.
