Force India is suing Lotus? Looks like Lola should be suing both of them. Glad to see the Lola Champ Car back. No wonder Speed's photo links are so difficult to use, their pictures make no sense.

Captainchilito, I wonder what would happen if a team, say USF1, showed up with a modified LOLA or DP01? Just LOL but literally it's not a F1 car from another manufacturer. I want to see Bernie gag on something this preposterous. Still looking for a way into F1.

Captain, that's exactly what I thought when the picture came up--CHAMP Cars are back! It's amazingly similar to that car. We need that series back. It was the daddy in the early to mid '90s!

The fact that Force India may have a debt to Aerolab means zip - zero, nada - regarding intellectual property rights. Any idea while employed by a given entity belongs to that entity. I have little comfort with Mike Gascoyne. He's been through half the grid now for at least one reason.

The picture in this article is not the 2010 Lotus contender, for the real picture go to F1-live.com and you will see the similarities with the Force India car, but to be honest, half the F-1 cars looks the same, one way or another.

They are building to a formula. There should be no surprise that there are similarities. But, if there is the inclusion of something very unique that was developed while at Force India, then they have grounds for the complaint.
