I don't think too many companies will be working for Force India any time soon without CASH up front.

It a design of car, plane, or mailbox your intellectual property when you contract a design consultant to create it then fail to pay for it? A bank will foreclose and reposes your car, home or business if you take a loan and half way through stop paying.

If all the 2009 F1 cars were painted the same colour, would any one on this board be able to tell them apart? I am not surprised that an unpainted wind tunnel model from any of the 13 teams would look like any other wind tunnel model from another team! As usual, the only winners here are the lawyers.

So both teams burn up precious capital fighting amongst each other and spend so much money and the FIA intervenes to "work things out QUICKLY" -yuk*yuk*yuk-and NEITHER TEAM competes in the 2010 season.
Renault decides it's better off gone.
Mercedes decides it needs to better allocate it's business capitol and it leaves F1.
Red Bull says it does'nt want to run Ferrari engines it knows won't win and it leaves.
Everyone wants tio suddenly run Cosworth engines but the three guys they have working on the same machine can't turn out enough engines for three races much less the whole year.
Silverstone and Spa leave the schedule.
Canada turns into a -Bernie told you so- never happens.
Yummie Yummie what a great year 2010 will turn out to be!!!!!

The model was either discarded or abandoned. They never attempted to recover it, just sued after the fact. If I find something in the trash and sell it for 10 million dollars, I'm not giving any money to the previous owners, but they'll try to get it.
